Returns & Refunds Policy
We aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. Please carefully review our policies below:
Deposits
When you place a deposit, you’re securing your spot in the selection process for one of our puppies. Here’s what you need to know:
Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including changes in your ability or decision to take the puppy.
Holding Your Puppy: Once your deposit is received, we will reserve your puppy until it is fully weaned and ready for pick-up.
Litter Variability:
We cannot guarantee litter sizes, which means wait times might be longer than expected.
Deposits secure your position in the selection order, but we cannot promise your specific preferences will be available when it’s your turn to choose.
Selection order is based on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be changed.
If you decide not to proceed with your purchase, we are not obligated to refund your deposit. However, if the puppy can be placed with another buyer within a reasonable time frame, we may refund the deposit at our discretion.
In cases where your preferred puppy is not available when it’s your turn to select, you may:
Transfer your deposit to a future litter, or
Request a refund.
Deposits will always be applied to the final purchase price of the puppy, with the remaining balance due before the puppy is shipped or ownership is transferred.
Puppies
We comply with the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (§ 59.1-196 et seq.). If a licensed veterinarian certifies your puppy as unfit for purchase within:
10 days of receiving your puppy, or
14 days if diagnosed with parvovirus,
You may choose one of the following options:
Refund: Return the puppy (or, if deceased, provide the veterinary certification) and receive a full refund, including sales tax.
Exchange: Return the puppy and receive an exchange of equivalent value.
Reimbursement: If purchased from a pet shop or USDA-licensed dealer, retain the puppy and receive reimbursement for veterinary fees up to the purchase price.
To exercise these rights, you must provide us with a written veterinary certification within three business days of receiving it.
