Deposits, Payments & Reservations

Any reservation, deposit, payment schedule, refund policy, or go-home arrangement will be explained during the application and reservation process. Written agreements, invoices, or portal records may include additional terms that apply to a specific puppy reservation.

Puppy availability may change, and no puppy is considered reserved until all required steps are completed and confirmed by Southwest Virginia Chihuahua.

Puppy Care Information

Information on our website, in our puppy portal, in Pup-Lift materials, or in customer support communications is provided for general education and support. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace care from a licensed veterinarian.
